Dan has offered to head up a weekly TB raid run on Weds nights, starting with 2 10 man groups and then perhaps changing to 25 man group to get it done as fast as possible each week, so get signed up soon.
Vil and Dan will be leading the Throne of the Four Winds raids x2 10mans on Sunday.
Vil will be tweaking the website.

Andi is going to set up some Sunday night 25 man achievement runs for Wrath raids.

A few more guys have mentioned that they are willing to do some leading which is great! I think a sensible idea would be to have a tank and one other leading each raid. Our tanks inevitably set the pace, do the marking up and allocated roles for cc etc, so this makes sense. The one other would be the person who deals with the calendar, signups, overall raid strategy etc.

If you are willing to take on a role in this , for any weekly guild event, including pvp events or achievement runs, let me know the details of what you have in mind. Its time to get some officers sorted!

I'll start to sort out the ranks this week, beginning with sorting out who are members mains and who are alts. For now, it will be very simple: raid leader, member or alt. No other ranks needed yet, but maybe later of for managing the bank goodies.

I'm always happy to help out leading a raid. As a tank, it comes with the territory. I don't need a rank for that. Raid leadership during the raid is very fluid, where everybody can speak their minds and opt for tactics. This might cause troubles in some guilds, or pug runs, but it seems to work quite fine in Caledonian Crusaders.
